Salam International Garments Factory
Salam International Readymade Garments Factory was established
in Ismailia in July 2016.
The founders previously worked in importing ready-made garments,
but after the introduction of the new VAT law and the flotation
of the Egyptian pound, they decided to shift toward local manufacturing.
The factory currently employs more than 200 workers specialized
in producing jeans for men and children.
The founders aimed to create a professional work environment based on:
• Respect between management and workers
• Commitment to rules and discipline
• Equal opportunities without favoritism
• Continuous development and training
Management also focused on developing supervisory skills
to improve communication, productivity, and teamwork.
The company believes that creating a positive work environment
helps reduce employee turnover and increases production quality.
Supervisors and employees received training programs that improved
both workplace relationships and personal development skills.
The factory continues to work toward improving quality,
supporting Egyptian industry, and creating better employment opportunities.
