Salam International Readymade Garments Factory was established in Ismailia in July 2016. The founders previously worked in importing ready-made garments, but after the introduction of the new VAT law and the flotation of the Egyptian pound, they decided to shift toward local manufacturing. The factory currently employs more than 200 workers specialized in producing jeans for men and children. The founders aimed to create a professional work environment based on:

Management also focused on developing supervisory skills to improve communication, productivity, and teamwork. The company believes that creating a positive work environment helps reduce employee turnover and increases production quality.
